Early Childhood Education (ECE) leads to less students being place in Special Education in their primary years. By meeting a child’s need early on, they can better learn and retain the foundational skills and knowledge to help them succeed in their future. If they start off in Kindergarten behind in their learning, they are going to be playing catch up for many years, and possibly their entire school experience. Early Education gives them a great jump start into learning.
In the United States, there has been an increase in working families, both mother and father holding full-time or even part-time positions. Because of this, there is a great need for child care. In order to maintain society’s new change in family life, we need a quality Early Childhood Education program for children to attend and for families to place their trust in.
Good for the Economy
Statistics show that Early Education has proven to increase graduation rates and college attendance. These things help to create a greater quality workforce! In addition, it also shows that Early Education lowers rates of teen pregnancy and incarcerations. Overall, it helps to give children their best chance at success in life!
I think we would all agree that these precious kiddos deserve every penny and ounce of time spent into making their education and early life as special and wonderful as possible!
Did you or your little ones attend an ECE course? What did you think?
