10 Minute Full Body Blast

5 Daily Exercises for Top Fitness

This day in age, it is very easy to skip the daily workout. What a lot of people don’t realize is that you can complete a great workout in less time than it takes to prepare some Ramen Noodles! If you are finding yourself cramped for time, give this short full body blast workout a try.

In this session there are only 5 exercises, but each one is sure to get your heart pumping. Perform each exercise back-to-back and only rest after the last one. For each exercise (except the plank), do as many repetitions as you can get then immediately move on to the next one. As far as the plank goes – hold it for 30 seconds. Since the plank is the last one, take a 30 second rest then repeat the circuit.

Each round should take 3 minutes including the 30 second rest period at the end. You can even use this to determine how much stronger you have gotten over a period of time. You can do this by recording the total number of repetition per exercise then compare them to future work outs!

Pushups – as many as possible in 30 seconds

NO REST

Lunges – as many as possible in 30 seconds

NO REST

Bicycle Abs – as many as possible in 30 seconds

NO REST

Squats – as many as possible for 30 seconds

NO REST

Planks – hold for thirty seconds

REST for 30 Seconds then REPEAT for 3 Rounds!

Good luck! Post your total repetitions for the push-ups, lunges, and squats in the comments!
