Exercise is something you need to do most or every day of the week. Diet means you need to eat as clean as possible (80/20 rule). Eat small, frequent meals throughout the day, aiming to make healthy choices 80 percent of the time. BONUS: Take out your sugary drinks including, pop, energy drinks and juices. Yes, I said juice! Most juice contains as much sugar as pop.
