Tulsa, Okla., (May 7, 2014) – Charlie Marks, Veterinary Assisting Department Head at Community Care College (CCC), has received the Ruth Meck Champions Award by the Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa for his classes’ work with the Paw Starz program.
The Paw Starz program provides a monthly supply of pet food and other pet related items, such as kitty litter and treats, to Meals on Wheels recipients to sustain the important relationship recipients have with their pet companions.
